I am a freelance translator and a one-woman company at your service for any assignment concerning my mother tongue, Finnish.
I produce translations from English and French into Finnish and vice versa. In addition to translation, I also provide other services in the field of multilingual communication: I revise Finnish texts as well as transcribe and rework texts in Finnish, English, and French.
Most of my assignments concern marketing and technology or public administration and social issues, such as the European Union. However, I do welcome other subject areas as well.
I use the CAT tools Trados 2007 and Trados Studio 2011 when needed.
I am a trained translator (Master of Arts in English and French Translation Studies from the University of Turku, Finland) and I work in this field full-time. I am a member of the Finnish Association of Translators and Interpreters.
